Yoga Services

Yoga is for everyone. My goal as a teacher is to create welcoming, accessible spaces that allow you to relax, turn inwards, make friends with your body and compassionately notice your inner world. I have a 200hr yoga teacher certification through the renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga and continuing education with Yoga for All.

Jewish Yoga

Monthly Jewish yoga classes in Portland or online. See links below for dates, times and locations of upcoming classes.

This gentle yoga class is an opportunity to deepen your connection to the themes, holidays and traditions of the Jewish calendar. Please bring a pen and notebook; there will be dedicated time for journaling and reflection.


COVID-19 Precautions: You must be vaccinated to attend. Masks are required. If you are experiencing any symptoms or have recently been exposed to the virus please stay at home.


Accessibility note: This yoga practice may incorporate supine, prone, sitting, and/or standing postures. You should be able to comfortably move between sitting and standing without assistance to participate. Modifications will be offered and you are always invited to do what feels best for your body. You may bring your own props or use what is available in the studio.

Yoga Consultations

Yoga Consultation - $50

This is a one hour, virtual yoga consultation over Zoom or in-person in Portland, OR. Are you new to yoga and nervous about what to expect in a studio? Do you live in a larger body and want to learn how to modify common poses to work for you? Do you have a specific posture that simply doesn’t work for you that you want to modify or get around in a class? Or a few postures that you would like advice on form and alignment? Come to me with your yoga questions and curiosities and I will do my best to assist you! 


Folks all ages in all body types welcome! I will not be able to provide guidance on inversion postures. Please note, I am not a medical professional and will not provide any physical diagnosis - please consult your doctor or physical therapist if you have an injury or are recovering from an accident.
