Portland Jewish Yoga

Monthly In-person Drop-in Class

This is gentle, hatha style yoga class explores the themes of the Jewish calendar. It can be a meaningful and embodied way to connect with Jewish time, build community, and connect with yourself through mindfulness practices. The class is 90 minutes long and usually includes yoga asana (poses/movement), guided meditation, breath work, and journal reflections.
